Why we are doing this
The difficult market situation, consumers being ripped off, indifferent cooking and other issues led to our interest in changing current public catering. We supply elementary and secondary schools, university canteens and in-company cafeterias. We provide real gastronomy, cuisine without chemistry and without ready-to-cook meals. Craftsmanship, a professional attitude to ingredients and an honest interest in our guests are a must for us.
The best people in their field are in charge of our revolutionary menu and the whole concept of Cook for Life. These are chefs who were in charge of the kitchen at the Grand Hotel PUPP, who worked for Zátiší Group, at the restaurant Villa Richter at Prague Castle; they gained foreign experience at a Holiday Inn in England, in first-class restaurants in Brussels, gained managerial experience on cruise ships in Florida and got the Bib Gourmand award 2012 with Irish restaurant Downstairs.
As a result, we, Cook for Life, do not compromise, and that’s what our cooking looks like!
